Buying:

Buying couldn't be easier! You can use either the search facility or simply browse. When you've found what you're looking for just click on the 'Add to Basket' buttons that appear next to each item. The shopping basket is always visible on the left hand side of the page so you know how much you've spent! When you've finished click on 'check out' and follow the onscreen instructions.

Minimum Order Value:

We regret that we are unable accept orders under(GB pounds)6.75(inc VAT), excluding any post & packing charges.

Card Processing:

We use SAGEPAY to process your credit card payments. They are one of the largest processors in the UK and are approved by all the major UK banks. If you'd like to know more about SAGEPAY please click here.
Please note we will not debit your card until the order is ready for dispatch.

Billing Information:

As address and postcode checks are performed by our card processor, the cardholder's address must be used as the billing address.

VAT:

The prices on this site include VAT at current UK rates (where applicable).

Deliveries:

We only send orders within the UK mainland (ie: England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland).

If any item on your order is out of stock, we will contact you, as soon as possible, with an approximate delivery time (if known) and you will have the option to cancel the order, if you would rather not wait.

Orders are generally despatched the next working day(excluding weekends and bank holidays), after receipt of the order.

Unless otherwise requested, all orders are despatched using Royal Mail Tracked Standard, this is a 2-3 day service, but is not guaranteed.

Post and Packing

Post and packing will not be charged on UK orders of GBP 15+. A charge of GBP 2.50 will be made on UK orders, that are below GBP 15. (This does not apply to replacement orders where the wrong sizes/colours have been chosen - this will be charged at cost.)

Refunds & Returns:

If you change your mind, you can return an order, at your expense, for a refund. Please notify us of your intention to cancel, quoting your order ID, by emailing ppshop@btopenworld.com within 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) of receipt of the order.
Debit/Credit cards will be refunded, within 30 days of receipt, of the cancellation notice.

If you return goods to us, please obtain a Certificate of Posting, from the Post Office.

All returns must be returned, in a saleable condition.

Promotions

If you received a free item, as part of a promotion, and you return the entire order, or the value of the returned items, means you would not have received, the free item, please return it with the items, that you do not wish to keep.

Faulty Items

Where possible, we will check items for faults before despatch. When the goods are received, please telephone 01263711124 or email ppshop@btopenworld.com if you think any of the goods are faulty. We will arrange a replacement or refund (including the return postage) to the original Debit/Credit card, on receipt of the faulty item(s).
This does not affect your statutory rights.

We make every effort to make sure that the information on our site is accurate and up to date. We will promptly correct any errors brought to our attention. If you find an error, please use the contact us button on the top of each page.
