Buying:

Buying couldn't be easier! You can use either the search facility or simply browse. When you've found what you're looking for just click on the 'Buy' buttons that appear next to each item. The shopping basket is always visible on the left hand side of the page so you know how much you've spent! When you've finished click on 'check out' and follow the onscreen instructions.

Card Processing:

We use PROTX to process your credit card payments. They are one of the largest processors in the UK and are approved by all the major UK banks. If you'd like to know more about PROTX please click here.
Please note we will not debit your card until the order is ready for dispatch.

Billing Information:

As address and postcode checks are performed by our card processor, the cardholder's address must be used as the billing address.

Delivery Schedule:

We will try to send your order within three business days. We will contact you if your order is going to be longer than this. If any item on your order is out of stock, we will contact you, as soon as possible, with an approximate delivery time (if known) and you will have the option to cancel the order if you would rather not wait.

Post and Packing:

We only send orders within the UK mainland (ie: England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland). Post and packing will not be charged on UK orders of £10+ that are sent by First Class Mail. If requested we can send orders by Royal Mail Special Delivery - this will be charged at cost. A charge of £1.50 will be made on UK orders below £10. (This does not apply to replacement orders where the wrong sizes/colours have been chosen - this will be charged at cost.)

VAT:

The prices on this site include VAT at 17.5% (where applicable).

Your right to cancel:

If you change your mind, you can return these goods (at your expense) within 7 working days of receipt, for a refund. To obtain a refund, all returns must be sent back in a saleable condition with all original packaging/labels etc intact.

Returns:

Where possible, we will check all items in your order for faults before dispatch. When the goods are received, please telephone/email us if you think any of the goods are faulty. We will arrange a replacement or refund (including the return postage) on receipt of the faulty items.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you return goods to us, please obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office.

Errors and Omissions:

We make every effort to make sure that the information on our site is accurate and up to date. We will promptly correct any errors brought to our attention. If you find an error, please use the contact us button on the top of each page.
We can accept no responsibility for the content of links from this site.
