Buying couldn't be easier! Just click on the "Buy" buttons that appear under each product. There is a "View shopping
basket" button near the bottom of each page.
Delivery Schedule: We will try to send your order
within five business days. We will email you if your order is going to be
longer than this. If any item on your order is out of stock, we will
email you with an approximate delivery time (if possible) and you will
have the option to cancel the order if you would rather not wait.
Post
and Packing: Post and packing will not be charged on UK
orders over £10. A charge of £1 will be made on UK orders below £10. (This does
not apply to replacement orders where the wrong sizes/colours have been chosen-
this will be charged at cost.) Please
note that the shopping basket is automatically set for "UK orders under
£10".If your order is over £10 please set the shipping charge to zero by
selecting "UK orders £10+". If you forget, your order confirmation
will show a £1 shipping charge - this will be manually amended on your
invoice!
VAT: The prices on
this site include VAT at 17.5%
Where possible, we
will check all items in your order for faults before dispatch. Please email us
if you are not completely satisfied and we will do our best to put things right.
Your
right to cancel: If you change your mind, you can return these goods (at
your expense) within 7 working days of receipt, for a refund. To obtain a
refund, all returns must be sent back in a saleable condition with all
original packaging/labels etc intact.
Privacy Policy:
Buyers information held by us, will only be used from time to time to send you
details about new products/special offers. If you decide now, or at a later
date, that you don't want to receive this information please inform us by email.
